Description

A4 Light Fabric Transfer Papers for Inkjet Printer

Jet Light Paper is a compatible print and transfer inkjet paper that works well with light-colored materials. For graphic design on any fabric, including shirts, jeans, sweatshirts, caps, banners, and mousepads, this transfer paper is ideal. made to work with any market-available inkjet printer. Using any heat press machine on the market, transfer paper can print any pattern and transfer it to any medium. In contrast to other transfer paper brands, Jet Light Paper generates outputs that are more focused and distinct.

Additionally resistant to burning quickly, this transfer paper can handle intense heat and pressure. The A4 Jet Light 350 is a comfortable media that is ideal for lengthy and mass production because it is simple to peel off and doesn’t stick back to paper. Overall, Jet Light Paper is a top-tier transfer paper that can be relied upon for high-volume production and long-term use. Once again, this transfer paper consistently exceeds consumer expectations and is a reliable choice for Thermal Press Transfer Printing.

Instructions

Printing Technique

Jet Light Paper can be used as a printing medium with any inkjet printer type. To get the most out of this printing and transfer paper, genuine ink should be used. Set the standard to “Normal” printing and the quality option to “Photo Quality” for the best results. Never forget that the Transfer technique always calls for the print to be transferred facing the medium; as a result, set the design pattern to Print Mirror Image prior to printing the design on the paper.

Transfer Method

Check to see if the print is completely dry by pressing the transfer paper for 5 seconds with the heat set at a lower degree. Trim the design as necessary and eliminate the unprinted films. Now take off the backing paper and set the printed film down just where you want it in the medium. After that, lay the provided release paper on top of the design and use the typical heat and pressure settings to press the transfer paper onto the medium. Once the transfer is complete, gently peel the paper away from one corner. While the paper is still hot, proceed with caution.

Setting recommendations for light mediums include:

  • 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius
  • 10-second interval
  • Approximately 40 lbs. of pressure

Instructions for Washing and Ironing

To prevent scuffing and harming the design print, wash the inside out. Only use cold water to wash the finished product. USE ANY TYPE OF BLEACH OTHER THAN BLEACH TO WASH THE MEDIUM. After washing, put the item in the dryer right away rather than letting it air dry. Avoid heating the sections of the design medium that have printed images on them when ironing.

General Guidelines

Cotton, polyester, poly/cotton, or 50:50 blends for fabrics produce the greatest results. Before creating bulk orders, it is advised to print and wash test one output to make sure the ink is compatible with the medium.

Until they are actually used, keep transfer papers in a plastic bag to prevent them from becoming wet. If the container needs to be closed after every usage, check that.

Instructions

Printing Procedure

Jet Light Paper is a compatible printing medium for any Inkjet Printer machine. However, to reach the maximum potential of this printing and transfer paper it is suggested to use original Ink Jet Printers with original inks on them. Set the standard in ?Normal? printing and adjust the quality option to ?Photo Quality? to get better results. Never forget that the Transfer method always needs the print to b transferred facing the medium, so set the design pattern to Print Mirror Image before printing it on the paper.

Transfer Procedure

Press the transfer paper for 5 seconds with heat set on a lower temperature under the Heat Transfer Machine and check if the print is perfectly dry. If needed, trim down the design and remove the non-printed films. Now, remove the back paper and place the printed film directly to the desired location in the medium. Next, place the included release paper on top of the design and press the transfer paper on the medium with the standard heat and pressure settings. When transferring is done, peel the paper starting in one corner gently. Use caution while the paper is still hot.

Suggested Settings for light mediums would be:

  • Temperature: 350 Fahrenheit? or 175 Celsius
  • Time: 10 Seconds
  • Pressure: Approximately 40 lbs

Washing and Ironing Instructions

Wash inside out to avoid scratching and damaging the design print. Use cold water only in washing the output product. DO NOT use bleach or any kind in washing the medium. Place into the dryer immediately after washing and avoid hanging it to dry. When ironing the design medium, avoid heating the areas with printed images on them.

General Instructions

The best result is obtained on cotton, polyester, poly/cotton, or 50:50 Blends for fabrics. It is highly recommended to test print also and wash test one output before producing mass orders to ensure that the ink used is compatible with the medium used.

Keep transfer papers in the plastic bag to avoid getting moist on the paper until actual use. Check if the container is closed after each use.
